End Time Prophecy

Plan A/ Plan B

At Refuge Assembly, we believe in the pre-tribulation rapture of the church. This is our plan A, first choice and Blessed Hope in accordance with the following scriptures;

1 Thessalonians 4:16,17 [KJV/NIV]

Romans 8:23 [KJV/NIV]

Titus 2:13 [KJV/NIV]

1 Corinthians 15:51,52 [KJV/NIV]

Simply put, at this future moment in time all believers who have died will rise from their graves and will meet the Lord in the air, and Christians who are alive will be caught up with them, to be with the Lord forever.

With that said, we also know that The Lord Jesus stated in Matthew 24:36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

And in 2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

If you were asked the question, would you be willing to go through some rough times, if there was the possibility that your unsaved loved ones would come to know Jesus and be saved? Now, I didn’t say the great tribulation, but some times of persecution and distress of nations with perplexity. Come to think of it, exactly like what is going on in the Middle East and in Europe right now.

It is with that in mind, that we have also elected a plan B, or (back up plan), in case the Lord should tarry a bit longer before taking us home and before His Millennium Reign on earth, for a thousand years.

If you had to go through some rough times, (think Hurricane Katrina, San Bernardino, 911 Twin Towers), or a financial meltdown, are you prepared with some emergency skills and supplies?

If not, or if you have been thinking about preparing for a possible emergency, here is a list of excellent links for you.

These links include everything from building a Bug Out Bag to gardening, fishing and natural health. They also list some of the important current events, that you won’t find on the evening news, or main stream media.

Do we agree with everything in every article? Probably not. Are they great resources? Most definitely.

We must learn to discern what applies to our lives and what does not.

It’s like eating a fish dinner, eat the fish and throw out the bones.

Prayerfully consider what is right for you and your loved ones. They may be counting on you, but most importantly, they may be counting on the Lord working through you.

Read 1 Timothy 5:8

If you are new to Bible Prophesy, a good place to start would be Matthew 24.
